Ken helped me get a couple of cylinder heads extremely quickly when I needed them. After I placed the order, I called him back to ask if he had any advice on how to get my cylinder sleeves off the old heads without removing them from the engine completely. His advice (hit the ears sideways with a brass drift to spin the sleeve in the head) was exactly the advise I needed. I had been working that head for four days! It's great to have a merchant who has good supplies at good prices and also knows these vehicles inside and out himself. Thank you, Ken. I should also mention that I ordered a window crank.

I looked to carpet to replace my 1984 Vanagon for multiple weeks then one day I called Van-Again and after speaking with Ken I knew I found the right product. Not only was the "Tuffed" carpet superior quality compared to Sewfine and Go westy carpet so was Ken's customer service.

I was having issues getting my Vanagon to start. I had narrowed down the problem to a couple of potential causes. Ken helped me nail down the issue as a faulty ECU. I ordered a rebuilt unit from Ken and it arrived within a few days. Plugged it in, turned the key, and the van started right up. I've never not been fully satisfied with Van-Again!

I have ordered numerous times from all of the Vanogan websites. This time, I decided to order from Van Again because of the quality of their front heater cores. This is what I have learned from ordering from all of the Vanogan websites: Their prices may be cheaper than Ken's. However, when you go to the checkout and calculate shipping cost, their shipping is MUCH higher. Their low prices are click bait. You think you are getting a great deal until you see the shipping cost. Nope. Also, most are in no hurry to get things shipped out. So, more expensive shipping plus longer down-time from waiting on parts to arrive equals....NOT A GOOD DEAL!! Time is money. In the long run, you are actually saving a tremendous amount of money doing business with Van Again. With the decreased down-time from their speedy shipping combined with the MUCH cheaper shipping rates, VAN AGAIN is really the only logical choice. Lastly, he has a points reward system that is quite generous. Look foward to future business!

I was expecting cheap plastic or thin aluminum pushrod tubes. But when they came in I was extremely surprised as they are robust. These will definitely hold up to the test of time!

LED low beams are the best low beams this Vanagon has ever had in it. Excellent beam pattern and brightness. But you will want to change the high beams to LEDs also, or you will have two tone headlights, bright white low beams and yellowish high beams. Ken has the high beam LEDs as well and they are less expensive. An excellent product and excellent service as well. when you call in with a "how do I fix this" problem. Ken is a gem!
