Bushing for universal on early Vanagon Shifter 80-83.5 Air Cooled and 82 Diesel.  This is one of the bushings for the center pivot point of the early Vanagon shift linkage. Aftermarket, it is not exactly the same, but it will work as a replacement. Number 22 on the chart.

Update:  We have begun manufacturing these ourselves.  They are 3d printed out of PETG.
