Expanding Nut for Front Door Pull Handle on all Vanagon

This is the white plastic expanding nut that the screws that hold the front door interior pull handle screws into.  There are two of these required per handle.  If your pull handle is loose and you can't tighten it up, you should replace these and it will fix it.
