Filler Neck Kit for 84-92 Vanagon

This is a filler neck kit for 84-92 Vanagon that original had a plastic filler neck.  This is different than stock in how it mounts at the top of the filler.  It requires three addtional parts to be able to be installed in a later Van, so I am putting it together as a kit.  Here is a video explaining how the kit works.
