The Rebuilt Starter is only for 86-91 Vanagons with Automatic Transmission. If you have a manual transmission try SR401x. The starter is $169 plus a $55 refundable core charge. The picture is just three different views. You are only purchasing one starter.

UPDATE: as of summer 2022, Bosch is no longer rebuilding these starters.  So what you are getting is a rebuilt Bosch unit that is from an aftermarket rebuilder.
