An often overlooked item on your Vanagon is the acclerator cable/linkage. These languish for years without inspection until one day you are driving along and “snap” you have no more “go-go”. I just had this happen to me last week so I know it can and does happen frequently. So you were really careful when you pulled your plug wires off, and you still managed to get the order wrong. How you can start over and get the wiring order correct for your 5-cylinder Eurovan?
